Hari Hara Veera Mallu Release: Fans Celebrate Outside Theatres

Actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan thrilled fans as he premiered his latest film, Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part One, in theaters on July 24. Known for his massive fan base in Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan’s film releases often feel like festivals, and his film sparked similar celebrations across the state.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu was first announced in January 2020, with filming beginning in September that year. The team completed the film in May 2025 after delays from COVID-19 and Pawan Kalyan’s political duties. The film was predominantly shot in Hyderabad.

Fans of the Kushi actor gathered in large numbers on the streets and outside theatres in Vijayawada. Holding posters of Pawan Kalyan’s latest film,  as it marked the actor’s return to films after nearly two years.

Fans in Kalyan-themed shirts danced outside theatres, capturing the excitement of Pawan Kalyan films.

Krish Jagarlamudi and A. M. Jyothi Krishna directed the film, with Jagarlamudi and Sai Madhav Burra writing the screenplay.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu follows an outlaw who rises against tyranny to protect his people. Set in the 17th century. Bollywood actor Bobby Deol plays a crucial role in the film and MM Keeravani composed its music. The film hit theatres globally on 24 July 2025.
