The parking permit Dubai system has been revamped with new subscription packages by Parkin, making parking more affordable and convenient across the city. These subscription-based parking permits eliminate hourly charges and reduce daily payment hassles for users.
Parkin has rolled out a variety of plans, including options for students, educators, residents, and frequent drivers. Subscriptions now offer unlimited public parking access across designated zones for a flat monthly fee, replacing the previous pay-per-hour tariff structure.

Parking Permit Dubai: A Plan for Every Type of Driver
Students rushing to class or commuters parking in the same spot daily can now benefit from a parking permit Dubai plan. Seven new packages are available through Parkin, starting at just Dh100 a month.
Students and educators get access to Zones A, B, C, and D, if their school or college is within 500 meters. A Dh250/month parking permit allows residents to park in plots within Zones B and D. For broader access, a Dh500/month plan covers both roadside and plot parking in Zones A to D.
Residents of Wasl can access a community permit for Dh 300/month, valid in Zones W and WP. In Dubai Hills, a permit for Zone 631G is available at Dh 500/month.
Drivers in Silicon Oasis have two options. The Limited Area Permit costs Dh 1,000 for three months. The more comprehensive Zone H Permit is Dh 1,400 for three months, or Dh 4,500 per year. With so many choices, residents can pick the plan that fits their lifestyle best.
Each parking permit is linked to one vehicle, though up to three vehicles can be registered per account. Only one can be used at a time.
Paying Dh6 per hour during peak times is no longer required. With a parking permit Dubai subscription, drivers can lock in a predictable fee, saving time and money. For regular users, this could cut hundreds of dirhams from monthly expenses.
Permits are available for one, three, six, or twelve months, offering even more flexibility for different needs and budgets.
How to Apply for a Parkin Subscription
Applying for a parking permit is quick and digital. Parkin accepts applications through its website or mobile app. Required documents include Emirates ID, vehicle registration, and, for students or teachers, proof of enrollment or employment.
Once approved and paid for, the permit activates automatically. There’s no need to stick anything on your car, Parkin handles it all digitally.
Dubai is moving fast toward smarter, more user-friendly public services.
And this new parking permit Dubai system is a strong step in that direction. By offering easier access, fair prices, and more control, Parkin is helping make daily life just a little bit smoother for everyone behind the wheel.
