The Mum Club Dubai has grown rapidly since its launch in November 2022. Starting with just one monthly coffee gathering, it now hosts eight events every month and supports a community of over 3,000 active mums. Focused on supporting new mothers through the challenges of motherhood and sleepless nights, the club welcomes women aged 20 to 40 from all backgrounds, offering a warm, inclusive space for Dubai’s diverse expat mums to connect and feel understood.
The founders created the club to tackle the emotional and social challenges that many expatriate mothers face. Jo, the founder, moved to Dubai without knowing anyone and was seeking meaningful connections with fellow mums. She experienced the support of The Mum Club in the UK firsthand and decided to franchise the concept in Dubai after relocating with her family for her husband’s job.
The Mum Club Dubai is where mums relax, kids play, and real connections happen. At the same time, little ones enjoy creative storytime, and mums bond over shared experiences in a warm, welcoming space.
The club focuses on creating a safe, welcoming space where mums can pause and care for themselves. The club acknowledges that while many classes focus on babies—which is important—they often overlook mums in the process. That’s why it brings mothers together through meaningful events and a supportive community designed with women’s well-being in mind.
Dubai Mum Club understands the unique challenges of motherhood in a fast-paced, multicultural city like Dubai. Many new mums face sleepless nights, isolation, and the absence of their traditional support systems after relocating abroad. With limited parental leave and shifting social circles, supporting new mothers becomes crucial. The club tackles this by offering a warm, inclusive community for mums of all nationalities and ages, complete with babysitting support ensuring no mum feels alone.
The club offers diverse programming, including breakfast clubs, fitness classes, and cinema screenings.
Dubai Mum Club also offers unique experiences like Reformer Pilates classes, where mums can work out with their babies beside them, supported by on-site babysitters. The club chooses venues that meet mums’ needs—pram space, easy parking, changing facilities, good coffee, and a friendly vibe. Focused on comfort , the team actively searches for the most mum-friendly spots across the city. They also adjust events seasonally, hosting outdoor activities in winter and moving indoors during Dubai’s hotter months.
