Dubai, July 10, 2025– Rayad Group, a consulting company based in Dubai, has apologized and taken full responsibility for the uncertainty caused by its past statements on the UAE’s Golden Visa program. The group erroneously claimed that there was a lifetime UAE Golden Visa that could be bought for a one-time payment of AED 100,000, which misled a lot of people who were interested in applying, especially those from India.
The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP) had already denied these accusations, saying that there is no such thing as a “nomination-based” lifetime visa in the UAE. The ICP urged people not to fall for scams and made it clear that all UAE Golden Visa applications must be handled only through official government websites.
Rayad Group said in its apology that its earlier messages were wrong and generated a lot of uncertainty among the public. The corporation said that some things its Managing Director said were “misplaced” and added to the confusion over the UAE Golden Visa scheme. Rayad Group has decided to suspend all private advisory services relating to the UAE Golden Visa until further notice.
Rayad and UAE Golden Visa Concerns
The consultant made it clear that the AED 100,000 price was for the service and not for the visa, and that it does not ensure that the visa would be approved or that the person will be able to live in the country for the rest of their life. The company made it clear that only the UAE government can issue visas, and no outside group can promise residency or citizenship.
Rayad Group also agreed with the ICP’s request that applicants not use unofficial middlemen and only get information from reliable government sources like the ICP website or recognized service centers like Amer. The company said it would make sure that any future communications follow UAE immigration laws and rules to the letter.
It has shown that how important it is to check visa information through official channels and how dangerous it is to use unlicensed consultancies that promise easier or assured residency possibilities. The UAE government still supports a clear and legal immigration process through UAE Golden Visa program, which is only open to qualified applicants who meet tight requirements.
