UAE Weather news: Light Rain in Dubai, Rough Seas Alert

UAE can expect some relief as there’s a chance of rainfall in parts of the country on Friday, July 18, according to the latest UAE weather news from the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

The (NCM) forecasts mostly fair to partly cloudy weather across the UAE on Friday, with convective clouds expected to develop over eastern regions by afternoon, possibly bringing light rain to Dubai and nearby areas.

Rain and hail hit the UAE on Tuesday and Wednesday, soaking Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Ajman.

According to the UAE weather, temperatures are expected to climb sharply today, reaching between 44°C and 49°C in many areas. Still, there’s a chance that some cloud cover and scattered showers could bring a bit of relief from the intense summer sun.

Winds also play a role in today’s weather. Moderate to fresh gusts will blow throughout the day, with occasional increases in speed that may kick up dust, particularly in inland regions. Coastal areas could see wind speeds reaching up to 45 km/h, which might impact visibility and disrupt outdoor activities.

As for the sea conditions, The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf ,  while the Oman Sea could see slightly to moderately rough.
