UAE Weather: Sharjah, Dubai to Hit 44°C as Light Rain Expected

UAE Weather Sharjah: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecast soaring temperatures of up to 44°C in the coming days, urging residents of Sharjah and Dubai to prepare for the extreme heat. The UAE weather update also predicts scattered rain showers in some parts of the country, which may offer brief relief from the UAE’s high temperature conditions.

Showers are likely in the afternoon, triggered by the formation of convective clouds in the eastern and southern regions. The weather is expected to remain fair to partly cloudy at times throughout the day.

Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow across the UAE, occasionally strengthening during the daytime and causing blowing dust and sand. Wind speeds will range between 10-25 km/h, reaching up to 40 km/h at times.

For the third day in a row, UAE high temperatures will persist, with internal areas expected to reach a scorching 49°C. Coastal regions will experience maximum humidity levels of up to 85%.

Meteorologists forecast that temperatures in Dubai and Sharjah will climb to 44°C during the day and drop to around 33°C at night. Abu Dhabi will also feel the heat, with highs reaching 45°C and lows dipping to 35°C.

The sea conditions will remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
